What does a sport psychologist do?

Working with a sport psychologist is a bit like a working with fitness coach for your mind. We’d spend some time discussing where you see your strengths and weaknesses as a player, what you want to improve and then we’d put together a plan to help you improve. We’d then work together to ensure that plans working on a weekly basis. Basically we’d look at the things you’re doing well and make sure you can do them even better and any areas you were concerned weren’t going well we’d improve those.
