Adam Saucedo, M.A. is our Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the daily operations of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, managing and servicing private and corporate clients, as well, developing relationships with future clients.
Adam brings to KPA Elite, his vast experience working in the Sport & Exercise field as a Mental Training Consultant. He provides both individual and team solutions to help clients align mental training development with their existing physical training program.
Since receiving his Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in Northern California, he has applied his knowledge and expertise to working with both amateur and professional athletes in California and other states. His current consulting style reflects not only from his diverse and varied professional experiences but also, from his significant personal sporting involvement in baseball, basketball, soccer, rugby and CrossFit.
Alongside KPA Elite, Adam also works with athletic programs and individual athletes at Santa Clara University, as well as San Jose State University and Linfield College. With these programs, he not only works with the athletes, but he also works in conjunction with the coaching staff and administration to increase team cohesion and enhance leadership. Finally, in addition to his consultancy work, Adam also contributes to various sports journals, online blogs and fitness magazines on topics ranging from developing mental toughness to best practices for Youth Sport Parents.
