Jeff Troesch

Jeff Troesch, MA, LMHC is an internationally recognized expert in the field of mental skills training and performance enhancement and has been involved in training athletes and other elite performers since 1988.

Jeff currently is the Mental Training Coach for selected athletic programs at UCLA, Cal, Cal Poly, and Stanford. Jeff works with several touring golf and tennis professionals and professional and elite amateur athletes in a variety of sports – assisting them in the creation of optimal training plans and developmental strategies. Jeff is also a consultant to SenseLabs/Versus assisting in their development of physiological brain training systems for athlete performance enhancement.

Jeff served for several years as Director of Mental Training for David Leadbetter’s Golf Academies worldwide, where he was instrumental in assisting in the development of the training programs and methodology that continues to produce golf champions around the world. Among his golf clients’ successes are winners on the PGA, LPGA, Nationwide, and Asian Tours. Jeff has been a part of the “team” with 7 NCAA individual champions, as well as winners of the US Amateur, US Women’s Amateur, and five US Public Links Championships. Jeff also oversaw a staff of mental trainers as Director of Sports Psychology for the famed Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Florida for four years, after which seven of his former clients rose to #1 in the world. Jeff has been a consultant to several athletic teams and organizations, including MLB’s Seattle Mariners and Detroit Tigers; the National Basketball Association; USA Track & Field; and the Women’s National Team of the US Soccer Federation.
