KPA Elite CEO Keith Power has worked with hundreds of elite sport, business, entertainment and military performers, teams and organizations over the past 25 years. He is currently on secondment to the Malaysian Government, as High Performance Sports Director, with a focus on creating a high performance culture and mindset for the entire Malaysian Sports eco system.
He has competed in four sports internationally, has the distinction of being the youngest person in history to be Head Coach at an Olympic Games and has worked with “best of the best” as a sport psychologist and sports performance expert. He consulted for The University of California – Berkeley, top sports organizations such as UK sport, the Welsh Rugby Union, top Premiership Football and Rugby Clubs as well as numerous Olympic champions and medallists and top leaders, managers and coaches in both sport and business.
In the corporate world he has worked with at board and senior level with global organisations such as EDS, Hewlett Packard, Motorola, Cable and Wireless, Hays and Toshiba.
He has published articles in academic journals in the area of performance psychology, and has presented research work at international scientific conferences and workshops. Previously, he was a senior executive member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES). He is also an advisory board member for Leaders in Performance USA and is an Adjunct Professor of Sport Psychology at John F Kennedy University in California.
